Standard shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. Please allow time for your order to be processed (2-3) prior to shipping.
What to do if order in not received?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our door. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. All orders 100% guaranteed to ship within one week of order.
Do you offer refunds?
In most situations we offer the ability for you to exchange your purchased items, as long as the item(s) are in the same condition as when they were shipped to you.
